As required by 20A-3a-807:  The County clerk plans to conduct one or more of the following ballot processes for the November 2024 General Election: signature verification; opening ballots; scanning ballots; adjudicating ballots; replicating damaged or defective ballots; or tabulating votes.  

Ballot processing will begin at approximately 8:30am and continue as long as there are ballots to be processed. If sufficient ballots have not been returned to justify processing, then processing will be postponed until the following scheduled day. Ballot processes will pause during the day for regular breaks, and for lunch and will continue until all ballots that can be processed have been processed or until 5:00pm.

Public viewing of these processes is welcome.  We encourage persons wishing to view these process to call ahead and confirm these processes are taking place 801-451-3508.
