Health Department

 

Volunteer options for Retired and Senior Volunteer Program: for individuals 55+

  • Meals on Wheels - Deliver lunch to homebound seniors
  • Senior Center Meals - Assist with lunches provided at the Senior Centers (Clearfield, Kaysville, and Bountiful)
  • Reading Mentors - Volunteers read with elementary students to improve reading and comprehension
  • Activities Instructors at Senior Centers (Clearfield, Kaysville, and Bountiful) - Volunteers lead various classes including exercise, crafts, art, card making, book club, etc.
  • And more........

Medical Reserve Corps (MRC)

Medically and non-medically trained Davis County residents can help during a public health emergency by volunteering for the Davis County Medical Reserve Corps (MRC).

Davis Heritage Festival

 

The Davis Heritage Festival needs volunteers.  The festival will be held at the USU Botanical Center in Kaysville from August 3rd to August 5th.  This Festival is unique to Davis County to celebrate our talents and heritage. Come volunteer.  Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older and agree to work a minimum of 4 hours total.

Library

 

Come volunteer at the Library. We have seven branches throughout the county. They are Bountiful Branch, Centerville Branch, Clearfield Branch, Headquarters in Farmington, Kaysville Branch, Layton Branch, and our Syracuse Branch.

Public Works

The Davis County Public Works Department is a hard working service minded organization that keeps the roads in Unincorporated Davis County in excellent condition, partners with the Cities in Davis County to protect the Citizens from serious flooding, and keeps the weeds in our County under control.
