The Records Division of the Davis County Clerk Office helps manage the County’s records that are
required by State and County code to be kept. In an effort to help increase public awareness and access
to these records, Davis County has joined ArchivesSpace, a platform used to create a digital catalog, or
inventory, of records held by the County. The catalog may include information about what is in a record,
when it was created, the record’s format, and other important details. Davis County is continually
updating the catalog as more records are processed. The records are not available digitally through the
catalog, but access to records can be requested. Requests will be reviewed under the Government
Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) guidelines and someone from the Records Office will
review your request.
