About Animal Care

Animal Care of Davis County is committed to promoting responsible pet ownership and compassionate animal care by fulfilling three goals: To serve and educate our community, to find homes for our homeless pets, and to support public safety.

We are a Socially Conscious Animal Welfare Organization, which means we place every single healthy and safe pet. We also address the medical and behavioral needs of all animals while they are in our care. If an animal is suffering and cannot be helped, we will provide compassionate euthanasia.

Looking for a new pet? We have hundreds of dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, rabbits, birds, and other small animals available for adoption, so take a look, and who knows? You might just find your new best friend today!
