The Long-term Care Ombudsman Program advocates for residents living in long-term care facilities, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and short-term rehab.  The Ombudsmen investigate and help to resolve concerns dealing with many aspects of the life of residents, including quality of care, resident rights, and federal and state regulatory requirements.  Ombudsmen also educate staff, family members, residents, and the community about issues pertaining to long-term care.

Davis County Ombudsman Hotline: 801-525-5060
