Long-Term Care Ombudsman advocate for residents living in long-term care facilities, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and short-term rehab. Ombudsman investigate and help to resolve concerns dealing with many aspects of
the life of residents, including quality of care, resident rights, and federal and state regulatory requirements. Ombudsman also educate staff, family members, residents, and the community about issues pertaining to long-term care.
