Pets of qualified Safe Haven program participants may be placed in a temporary foster home within our community as the participant works towards a stable living situation. Program entry and placement are subject to current shelter capacity and foster home availability at the time of the request. Qualification further depends on the participant having an attainable plan for a successful reunion within a reasonable timeframe.
